Step 2: External Assessment
Posture, movement, and abdominal/pelvic checks.
Step 3: Optional Internal Assessment
A gentle pelvic floor exam (with your consent). You can decline at any time.
Online Form or Paper Copy – Your Choice
Once you book, you’ll receive a secure online intake form. It’s detailed and helps your therapist prepare ahead of your visit.
Not comfortable filling it online? Arrive 15 minutes early to complete a paper version at the clinic.
