Neha Gandhi is a Registered Physiotherapist. She graduated in 2009 with a Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy and completed her Masters in Sports physiotherapy in 2011. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and is passionate about providing hands-on and active care. Neha works with numerous patients with different types of injuries, including various musculoskeletal conditions and has extensive experience in pre/post surgical rehabilitation, especially for knee/hip replacements and ligament repairs. She has a special interest in treating pelvic floor dysfunctions in females and males. She believes in developing a goal-based, individualized treatment plan, so as to address pelvic floor dysfunction, poor core function and improper biomechanics.

Megan graduated from Queen’s University with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy in 2017. She also pursued additional training in neurofunctional acupuncture at McMaster and obtained her pelvic floor level 1 certification. She treats a wide variety of conditions including post-operative cases, sports injuries and acute/chronic conditions. Megan also has experience treating women who are pregnant and post partum. Megan incorporates a combination of manual therapy and exercise prescription into her treatment plans tailored to each individual patient’s needs.

He is trained in acupuncture, athletic taping, and soft tissue/muscle release techniques. Sandra was inspired to become an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner after using the modality herself since 2011 to treat long term chronic pain in her lower back and abdomen. Osteopathy has improved her quality of life, so she wants to share this with others. She believes it is a key modality in maintaining overall health and mobility. She attended the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton. This program involved 4200 hours of extensive study of anatomy, physiology, and osteopathic principles. This program also includes 1000 hours of supervised experience at the Melvin clinic which serves the public, hosted by the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. Sandy is a registered member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association/OstCan.

Her healthcare journey began as a front desk administrator before transitioning into a role as a physiotherapy assistant. Savina is passionate about addressing complaint-focused injuries, combining various techniques to promote relaxation. She takes a methodical approach to each treatment, ensuring all areas of concern are thoroughly addressed, with pressure adjusted from superficial to deep based on the client’s needs.

Martina pursued training in massage therapy at the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in Toronto (1994). Since graduation, Martina has refined her knowledge and gained valuable experience providing massage therapy in various settings, including as a trainer and massage therapist for the Stars on Ice figure skating tour. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. At Wellspring Health and wellness, Martina will be providing massage therapy. She brings a holistic approach to massage therapy using a variety of treatment techniques such as reflexology, cranial structural technique, and Indie head massage. Martina is also interested in Chakra therapy and how it can accompany the massage experience.

Heather received her advanced diploma in Registered Massage Therapy from Mohawk College in August 2019. Since then, Heather has worked with a wide variety of clients; from infants to professional athletes, and every-body in between! She believes in working closely with her clients to create realistic treatment plans, both in clinic and at home. Heather treats using a variety of modalities including: general Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, cupping, IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), and various stretching techniques. Heather has extensive experience providing treatment in injury rehabilitation, post-surgical patients, headache and migraine sufferers, to infants and children, pre-and post-natal women, and has a particular interest in treating the TMJ, head, face, and neck.

Maureen has over 15 years of experience working with various age groups and cultural demographics addressing violence, sexual assault, healthy relationships, immigration & newcomers, infertility, relationship and mental health concerns. Maureen sees clients of all ages for individual and family counselling, working from a strengths-based approach, and is experienced in several therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), DIalectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). Dr. Nora ND co-founded the Toronto Metabolic Clinic and Don Valley Integrative Digestive Clinic in Toronto. She has extensive experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams of medical doctors, dietitians, osteopaths, and nutritionists. She has successfully implemented the approach of intermittent fasting and dietary coaching to reverse diabetes, and address other metabolic disorders such as PCOS, hypercholesterolemia, hypertension, obesity, and fatty liver.
