Kriti completed her Master’s in Clinical Physiotherapy (Sports & Musculoskeletal) at Coventry University, UK, graduating as the gold medalist of her cohort. She has pursued additional certifications in Vestibular Rehabilitation, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Kinesio Taping, Neurodynamic Solutions, and Advanced Sports Rehabilitation Techniques.
Her clinical philosophy emphasizes hands-on care—joint and soft-tissue mobilization, individualized exercise prescription, and lifestyle coaching. Passionate about evidence-based practice and continuous learning, she is currently enrolled in the FCAMPT Level 2 program and has authored five publications in physiotherapy.
With experience across hospital and private practice settings, Kriti has worked with various sports teams and was part of the medical team for the FIFA U-17 World Cup Championship in 2017. She also has growing expertise in pediatric physiotherapy, helping children meet milestones and improve functional movement in a fun, family-focused environment.
